I am a product designer with nearly 2 years of experience in designing ed-tech products for growth stage startups. Most recently, I helped in designing learning and assessment products at Upraised. I have always been a creative individual with interest in photography, and once I discovered Photoshop, I started using it for graphic design. Later on, I started exploring visual design, 3D design and eventually product design. So I am a generalist but my strengths lie in the Interface Design side of things.
Apart from that I am also very curious by nature. I love solving Sodokus, reading mystery books like Jack Carr, Sherlock Holmes, Hardy Boys, Henderson Boys, etc. Playing social deduction games like Mafia, One Night Ultimate Werewolf and Secret Hitler is one of my most enjoyed hobbies.
So when I realized that there was a common ground between my creative design skills and my curious problem-solving nature, it was a no-brainer for me to venture into product design. So I started learning about interface design and user experience design in my second year of engineering. My background in visual design and typography really helped in interface design and I am still learning more about experience design and conducting user research.
Outside of design, you can find me exploring out on the mountains. Keeping a streak of doing a long trek in the Himalayas for the past 5 years. Spent the 2022 new year in the mountains of Kedarkantha and then went on to have an amazing trek at Har Ki Dun in June. Other thing which I am passionate about is FC Barcelona, been tough being a Barça fan past couple of years, but I have hope in Xavi and he will certainly turn things round for the club.
